Walking
From the center of Blue Bay, head towards the main road (A1). Continue walking along the road until you reach the intersection with Route Royale. Turn left onto Route Royale and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few local shops and restaurants. Keep walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A3 road heading towards Port Louis. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see the Sir Sewoosagur Ramgoolam Statue on your right side. It's an impressive landmark and hard to miss.
Bicycle
Starting from Blue Bay, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Head towards the main road (A1) and cycle in the direction of Route Royale. Once you reach Route Royale, turn left and continue cycling straight for about 1.5 kilometers. After passing some local shops, you'll arrive at the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the A3 road towards Port Louis. Cycle for about 2 kilometers, and you will spot the Sir Sewoosagur Ramgoolam Statue on the right side of the road.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Blue Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the A1 road. Board any bus heading towards Port Louis. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Sir Sewoosagur Ramgoolam Statue, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop. Once you get off the bus, walk back a short distance towards the statue, which will be visible from the road. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
