    If you're driving from Chamarel Coloured Earth, head southeast on Route C3 towards Chamarel. Continue for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route A3. Turn left onto Route A3 and continue for approximately 7 kilometers. You will see signs for Black River. Turn right onto the road leading to Black River Visitors Centre, which is located at JC8C+HM3, La Preneuse. There's parking available at the centre.

    Public Transportation

    To reach the Black River Visitors Centre via public transport, take a local bus from Chamarel to Rivière Noire. The bus service operates regularly, but be sure to check the schedule as it may vary. Once you arrive in Rivière Noire, you can either walk to the Visitors Centre (approximately 2 kilometers) or take a taxi for a small fare (around 100-150 MUR).
