Getting There

Walking
From the center of Chamarel, head towards the main road (A8) and turn right. Continue walking until you reach the junction with A9. At the junction, turn left onto A9. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Rochester Falls along the way. The falls are located on your right, just off the main road. Follow the path leading to the entrance of the falls.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from Chamarel village and ride down towards the main road (A8). Turn right and cycle until you reach the junction with A9. Turn left onto A9 and keep cycling straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Look out for signs indicating Rochester Falls. The entrance to the falls will be on your right. There is a bike rack available near the entrance.

If you prefer not to walk or cycle, you can hire a local taxi. From anywhere in Chamarel, simply tell the driver you want to go to Rochester Falls. They are familiar with the location and will take you directly there. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before you start your journey.
