Walking
From the center of Chamarel, head southwest on Route Royale towards the Chamarel Waterfall. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route C. Turn left onto Route C and continue another 1 kilometer. Look for the sign for Ebony Forest Reserve, which will be on your right. Follow the path leading into the reserve.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from Chamarel Village and ride southwest on Route Royale towards Chamarel Waterfall. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Route C. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you see the entrance sign for Ebony Forest Reserve on your right. Park your bicycle at the designated area and enter the reserve.
Hiking
For an adventurous hike, begin at the Chamarel Waterfall viewpoint. Follow the trail leading south that eventually merges into Route Royale. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer, then take the left onto Route C. After another kilometer, look for the entrance to Ebony Forest Reserve on your right. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.
