Getting There

Walking
From the main beach area of Flic en Flac, head east along the coastal road (Royal Road). Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the A3 road (also known as the M1). This should take about 30 minutes. Once at the intersection, take a left onto the A3 road and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for directional signs that indicate Triolet. When you reach the intersection with Shivala Rd, turn right and walk for about 500 meters. The Maheswarnath Mandir will be on your left.

From Flic en Flac, make your way to the nearest bus stop on Royal Road. Look for buses heading towards Port Louis or Triolet. The fare is usually very affordable. Once you board the bus, inform the driver you want to go to Triolet. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving in Triolet, ask the driver to let you off near Shivala Rd.
