Once you reach Vacoas, ask the driver to let you off near the central bus station. From there, you can take a local taxi or continue walking towards Trou aux Cerfs, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill.

If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the centre of Flic en Flac. Head inland towards the main road and walk towards the direction of Quatre Bornes. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction where you can find a bus stop. From there, you can catch a bus to Vacoas or continue walking along the main road. Follow the signs towards Trou aux Cerfs, which is approximately 5 km from the junction. It will take you about 1.5 to 2 hours to walk, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
