From there, you can ask for directions to Sebastopol Street or look for signs directing you to Fort Adelaide.

If you are in the center of Port Louis, you can walk to Fort Adelaide. From the bus terminal, head northwest on Royal Road until you reach the intersection with Sebastopol Street. Turn left onto Sebastopol Street, and continue walking. The Citadelle (Fort Adelaide) will be on your right, situated on a hill. It is a short, uphill walk, so be prepared for a bit of a climb.

If you prefer a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from Grand Baie to Fort Adelaide. You can find taxis around the Grand Baie area or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Inform the driver that you want to go to Sebastopol Street, Port Louis, where Fort Adelaide is located.
