Continue walking along the beach for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Bain Boeuf public beach. From there, follow the coastal road (Route C3) heading towards Cap Malheureux. From Grand Baie, locate the bus stop near the beach. Take a local bus heading towards Cap Malheureux. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Cap Malheureux, ask the driver to let you off at the Coin de Mire stop. From the bus stop, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the viewpoint where you can see Coin de Mire island.
