If you are driving from Ile aux Cerfs to Le Reduit, first take the ferry back to the mainland. Once you are on the mainland, head towards the A3 highway. Drive northwest on the A3, following signs for Curepipe. After approximately 20 kilometers, take the exit towards Moka. Continue straight on the main road until you reach the town of Moka.
