From the center of Mahebourg, head east towards the waterfront along Royal Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the coastal road, which is known as the Route Cotiere. Follow this road for approximately 8 kilometers. You will pass through several small villages and enjoy beautiful views of the coastline. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Trou d'Eau Douce. Once you reach Trou d'Eau Douce, the destination is located along the beach area.

From Mahebourg, head to the bus station located on the main road, near the market. Look for buses heading towards Trou d'Eau Douce; these are typically marked with the destination on the front. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. The journey takes around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once the bus reaches Trou d'Eau Douce, disembark at the main stop, which is close to the beach area. From the bus stop, you can walk towards the beach to reach your destination.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mahebourg. Start from the center of Mahebourg and head east along the Royal Road towards the waterfront. It is approximately 8 kilometers to Trou d'Eau Douce. Once you arrive, park your bicycle at a safe location near the beach.
