Car

If you're driving from Moka to Curious Chamarel, start by heading southwest on the M1 highway. Continue for approximately 12 km until you reach the exit for M3 toward Curepipe. Merge onto M3 and follow the signs to Chamarel. After about 15 km, turn left onto the B103 road which leads you into Chamarel. Keep following the signs for 'Curious Chamarel'. The destination will be on your left at Baie du Cap, Chamarel. Parking is available on-site.

Taxi

You can also opt for a taxi from Moka to Curious Chamarel. Taxis in Mauritius are generally safe and convenient. Simply ask your hotel or local residents to call a taxi for you. Make sure to confirm the fare beforehand; it should be around 800-1200 MUR depending on your negotiating skills and the time of day. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Public Bus

To use public transportation, catch a bus from Moka to Curepipe. From the bus terminal in Curepipe, switch to the bus heading to Chamarel. Keep in mind that bus schedules can be sporadic, so it's advisable to check local schedules in advance. The bus ride from Moka to Curepipe should cost around 30 MUR, and the ride from Curepipe to Chamarel will cost approximately 50 MUR. The entire journey may take 1.5 to 2 hours depending on connections.
