Upon arrival at the terminal, exit the bus and head towards the waterfront area.

From the Mahebourg bus terminal, walk towards the waterfront, following the signs for Île aux Aigrettes. Head south along the coastal path until you reach the jetty. The walk will take around 10-15 minutes. Once you reach the jetty, you will find boat services that take you to Île aux Aigrettes. Ensure you check the boat schedule in advance, as departures may vary.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a local taxi from Pamplemousses to Mahebourg. You can find taxis available along the main roads or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the waterfront near the jetty for Île aux Aigrettes.
