Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the main beach area in Pointe aux Piments, head southwest along the coastal path towards the northern end of the beach. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the main road (Royal Road). Turn left onto Royal Road and follow it for about 500 meters until you find the entrance to the Beach area indicated by local signs. The Beach is located at the coordinates WGRF+X58, which is approximately 200 meters down a small path on your right from the main road.

  • Public Transport

    From any location in Pointe aux Piments, walk to the nearest bus stop on Royal Road. Take a local bus heading towards Grand Baie and inform the driver you want to get off at Camp Bestel. Once you get off at Camp Bestel, walk back towards Royal Road and look for a small path leading towards the Beach area. This path will lead you directly to the desired location.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main beach area and cycle south along the beach path until you reach the main road. Turn left onto Royal Road and continue cycling for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to the Beach area. The Beach is a short ride down a small path to your right from the main road. Make sure to lock your bike at the designated area near the entrance.
