From wherever you are in Pointe aux Piments, start by heading towards the main coastal road, known as the A1. If you are near the beach, walk in the direction of the main road. Once you reach the A1, turn left and continue walking towards Port Louis. Stay on the A1 for approximately 10 kilometers. As you approach Port Louis, keep an eye out for signs indicating the city center. When you reach a roundabout, take the first exit to stay on A1, following the signs for Port Louis. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the outskirts of the city. Continue straight until you see a sign for 'Aapravasi Ghat' which will guide you to the site. The ghat is located at RGQ2+JFX, and you should see it on your right as you approach.

It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station, and you will see the historical site on your right at RGQ2+JFX.
