From the central bus station in Port Louis, take bus number 198 towards 'Curepipe'. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Ask the bus driver to notify you when you reach 'Le Pouce'. Once you get off, you will see a sign directing you to the trailhead.

If you are staying in the nearby area, you can walk to the base of Le Pouce. From the central market in Port Louis, head north on Royal Road, then take a left onto Rue D'Enghien. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue de La Liberté, where you will see signs pointing towards Le Pouce.
