Turn left onto Rue des Rocs and follow it until you reach the intersection with Sebastopol Street. Turn right onto Sebastopol Street. Continue walking up Sebastopol Street until you see the entrance to Citadelle (Fort Adelaide) on your left.

    If you are near the Central Market in Port Louis, walk to the nearest bus stop and take any bus heading towards 'Les Salines' or 'Jardin de la Compagnie'. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at 'Fort Adelaide'. After getting off the bus, walk up the hill along the path that leads directly to the Citadelle (Fort Adelaide). Follow the signs and you will reach the fort.
