Walking
From the center of Riviere du Rempart, head east towards the main road (Route A10). Once you reach the main road, turn left and walk along the sidewalk. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route C1. Here, you will notice a sign pointing towards Poste de Flacq. Turn right onto Route C1 and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. You will pass by local shops and restaurants on your way. After 2 kilometers, look for the signs directing you to Bassin requins. The path will lead you towards a more scenic route near the coast. Keep following the path until you arrive at Bassin requins, which will be on your left. This should take you about 40-50 minutes depending on your pace.

From Riviere du Rempart, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Route A10. Catch the bus heading towards Poste de Flacq. The bus ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Poste de Flacq, disembark at the main stop. From there, walk towards Route C1 (you can ask locals for directions if needed). Turn right onto Route C1 and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. Look for signs indicating Bassin requins. You should reach the destination within 20-25 minutes from the bus stop.
