Car
From Trou aux Cerfs, head southwest on Route des Caves (A6) towards Curepipe. Continue on A6 for about 4 kilometers. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route de la Brasserie (A7) and follow the signs for Midlands dam. After approximately 6 kilometers, you'll see signs leading you to the Midlands dam viewpoint. Turn left onto MHMV+7PQ, Dubreuil where the viewpoint is located. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach the Midlands dam viewpoint from Trou aux Cerfs using public transport, take a bus from the Trou aux Cerfs bus terminal heading towards Curepipe. Look for buses labeled 'Curepipe' or 'Rose-Hill'. The fare is typically around MUR 30-50. Once you arrive at the Curepipe bus station, transfer to a bus heading towards Midlands.
