Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Acoua, head southeast on the main road (Route de l'Anse). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers, keeping an eye out for local shops and eateries along the way. Once you reach the intersection near the small market, turn left onto a smaller road that leads towards the hills. Follow this road for another 1 kilometer until you reach a fork. Take the right path, which will lead you into a more forested area. Continue walking for approximately 500 meters, and you will start to hear the sound of water. Follow the sounds until you arrive at the Cascade de Soulou. Remember to wear sturdy shoes as the path can be uneven.

• Bicycle

  If you have rented a bicycle in Acoua, start from the main square and head southeast on Route de l'Anse. Cycle for about 1.5 kilometers and take the left turn at the intersection near the market. This road will take you into the hills. Continue for about 1 kilometer and watch for the fork in the road. Take the right path and cycle approximately 500 meters until you can hear the waterfall. Park your bicycle safely and proceed on foot to the Cascade de Soulou, which is just a short walk further.
