Walking

From the center of Acoua, start at the local market. Head southeast towards the main road (Route Nationale 1). Continue along Route Nationale 1 for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route de Kaweni. Turn left onto Route de Kaweni and walk for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass by local shops and residences. Keep an eye out for directional signs indicating the way to Pointe Mahabou. After reaching the intersection with Route de Mahabou, turn right and walk for another 1 kilometer until you see the signs for Pointe Mahabou. Follow the path leading to the viewpoint.
Public Transport

From Acoua, walk to the nearest bus stop along Route Nationale 1. Take a local bus heading towards Mamoudzou. Inform the driver you wish to get off at the Kaweni stop. Once you reach Kaweni, disembark and follow the signs along Route de Kaweni towards Pointe Mahabou. Walk approximately 3 kilometers, and then turn onto Route de Mahabou, continuing for another 1 kilometer until you arrive at the viewpoint.
