If you are in the center of Acoua, start at the main square (Place de l'Indépendance). From there, head south along Rue de la République towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue du 14 Juillet. Turn right onto Rue du 14 Juillet, and follow it until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will see a small path leading directly to the Grande Mosquée d'Acoua. The mosque will be on your left, just past the community center.

At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenue de l'Église. Follow this avenue for about 200 meters, then turn left onto Rue des Plages. The Grande Mosquée d'Acoua will be a short walk ahead on your left.
