Walking
From the center of Mamoudzou, head towards the main road, Rue de l'Indépendance. Walk along this road until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Continue straight on Avenue du Général de Gaulle until you reach the bus stop 'Kani Kéli'. This is a well-known bus stop in Mamoudzou. From there, follow the signs leading to Mont Choungui, which is approximately a 30-minute walk. As you walk, you will pass through the village of Kani Kéli. Look for the signs indicating 'Parking du Mont Choungui' as you approach the foot of the mountain.

From Mamoudzou, take a local bus heading to Kani Kéli. Buses are frequent, usually running every 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at 'Parking du Mont Choungui'.
