Walking
From the center of Mamoudzou, start at the 'Place de la République'. Head towards the 'Rue de la République' and walk straight until you reach the intersection with 'Avenue du Général de Gaulle'. Turn left onto 'Avenue du Général de Gaulle'. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the 'Dzaoudzi' area. Look for signs directing you towards 'Plage du Faré'. Once you enter Dzaoudzi, follow the main road (Rue du 14 Juillet) towards the coast. You will eventually come across a path that leads directly to Plage du Faré, which is well-marked and accessible.
Public Transport - Bus
From Mamoudzou, head to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus that goes to Dzaoudzi. Ensure that the bus is heading towards 'Dzaoudzi-Plage' or similar. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Dzaoudzi stop nearest to the coast. From there, follow the signs towards Plage du Faré, which is a short walk away (about 10 minutes). The beach is well-presented with signs, making it easy to find.
