  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start from Mamoudzou, the capital of Mayotte. Head south on Route Nationale 1 (RN1) for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the intersection with Route de Ouangani. Turn left onto Route de Ouangani and continue for about 15 minutes. As you approach Ouangani, look for signs directing you to Lieu dit Maboubouni. Maora land is located at 25 Lieu dit Maboubouni, Ouangani 97670. There is parking available on site.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) from Mamoudzou to Ouangani. Taxi-brousses leave from the central station in Mamoudzou and the fare is approximately 1,000 to 1,500 CFA francs. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Ouangani, ask the driver to drop you off at Lieu dit Maboubouni or look for signs. It is a short walk from the drop-off point to Maora land.

  • Walking

    If you are already in Ouangani, you can walk to Maora land. Start from the main bus stop in Ouangani and head toward the direction of Lieu dit Maboubouni. Follow the main road for about 1 kilometer. The landmark is located on your left side at number 25. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to walk there.
