Getting there

Car

If you are traveling by car, start from the main town area of Dzaoudzi. Head southwest on Rue du Stade towards Rue de la République. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Route de l'Île. Turn left onto Route de l'Île and follow it for approximately 2 km. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Dziani Dzaha, which should be located on your right as you approach the lake area. There is parking available near the entrance.

Public Transportation

To reach Dziani Dzaha via public transportation, first locate a local bus stop in Dzaoudzi. Buses frequently run to various parts of Petite-Terre. Take a bus heading towards Labattoir, which is the closest stop to Dziani Dzaha. The fare is usually around 1-2 Euros. Once you arrive at the Labattoir stop, exit the bus and walk south along Route de l'Île for approximately 15 minutes. You will soon see signs indicating the entrance to Dziani Dzaha on your left.

Walking

If you prefer to walk from the central area of Dzaoudzi, you can take a scenic route. Start at the waterfront in Dzaoudzi and follow the coastal path heading south. This walk takes about 30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. Continue until you reach Route de l'Île, then turn right and walk for about 10 minutes to arrive at Dziani Dzaha. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, especially on hot days.
