From Plage de N'Gouja, head southeast on Route de N'Gouja (D24) towards the junction with Route de Mtsamboro (D16). Continue along the D24 for approximately 15 km. At the roundabout near Moutsamoudou, take the second exit onto D16 and follow this road for about 7 km. You will see signs for Plage des Tortues on your right. Turn into the access road leading to the beach parking area. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, so have some cash ready.

From Plage de N'Gouja, you can take a local bus heading towards Moutsamoudou. The bus stop is located near the beach entrance. Ensure to check the bus schedule, as services may be limited. Once you reach Moutsamoudou, transfer to another bus heading towards Grande-Terre. Request the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Plage des Tortues. Be prepared for a short walk from the bus stop to the beach. Always carry some local currency for bus fares.
