If you are in the Centro area of Acapulco, start by heading towards Av. Costera Miguel Alemán, one of the main streets. From there, walk towards the northwest until you reach the intersection with Calle 5 de Febrero. Turn left onto Calle 5 de Febrero. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hornitos Street. Turn right on Hornitos and walk a short distance. The Acapulco Historical Museum of Fort San Diego will be on your left at Hornitos s/n, Centro, 39300 Acapulco de Juárez, Gro.

Public Transport (Bus)
Find a local bus heading towards 'Centro'. Buses are frequent and can be caught from various points in Acapulco. Once you board, ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Centro area. After you get off, walk towards Av. Costera Miguel Alemán. From there, follow the directions as mentioned in the walking guidance: head northwest towards Calle 5 de Febrero, turn left, then right onto Hornitos, and continue walking until you reach the museum.
