If you're driving from central Bajio, take the main highway towards Guadalajara. Follow signs for Guadalajara and merge onto the Autopista Guadalajara - Colima. After approximately 2 hours, take the exit toward Avenida Juárez/Obrera. Continue on Avenida Juárez until you reach the intersection with Calle 8. Turn left on Calle 8, and Monumento de la Bandera will be on your right. Note that parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee.

To reach Monumento de la Bandera using public transportation, head to the nearest bus terminal in Bajio and take a bus heading to Guadalajara. The journey should take around 2 hours. Once in Guadalajara, disembark at the central bus station (Central de Autobuses). From there, take the local bus number 72 towards Obrera. Get off at the Obrera stop and walk about 5 minutes to the monument, which is located at Calle 8 intersection. Make sure to have some pesos for the bus fare, which is approximately 10 MXN.
