Start from the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Head east along the marina boardwalk until you reach Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas. Turn left onto Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas and continue until you reach the intersection with Calle 5 de Febrero. Turn right onto Calle 5 de Febrero. Follow this road; it will turn into a dirt path as you leave the urban area. Keep walking straight until you reach a junction where you will need to take the path that leads towards the hills. Walk 1.5 kilometers until you see signs directing you to Cañón El Camarón. The hike is steep, so wear appropriate footwear and carry plenty of water.

From the Cabo San Lucas Marina, walk to the nearest bus stop and take a local bus that heads towards San José del Cabo. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for the Cañón El Camarón trailhead (make sure to ask locals about this as not all bus drivers are familiar with tourist destinations). After getting off, follow the signs towards the trailhead, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Be cautious as the path can be steep and rocky.
