Great evening on the water, suggest hotel pickup, and have them stop for a warm charro at the end, or a picture at the illuminated Cetro Church. Very nice guide and captain.

We boarded a comfortable boat for the two of us, the landscape of the Campeche coast is very beautiful, we were able to appreciate the changes in colors of the sea, in Xpicob the water was clear. Antonio was very attentive and also let us drive the boat, it was a pleasant experience!

Adventure in Calakmul departing from Campeche

A Breathtaking adventure !

I've chosen to book this excursion in Calakmul organized by Vamo a Rola and I'm very happy about my adventure in Sustainable Calakmul. I met with my driver Victor at 4 AM, we have been together to Calakmul and the English speaking guide, René, joined us directly at the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve. They both did a really good job, Victor is efficient and a very good driver,  and René gave me a lot of explanations about the archeological site of Calakmul. We also observed some animals in the biosphere reserve. This was an amazing trip ! I've been back in Campeche at 5 PM. One possible improvement about this activity is concerning communications before the excursion with the tour operator. It would be very relevant that the tour operator send an email 24 hours before the excursion to confirm everything. In my case, I had to contact directly the tour operator to check that everything was alright as I had no confirmation. But vamo a rola did a great job in the end!
