If you're driving from Mexico City, head northeast on the Mexico-Pachuca highway (Mexico 85D) and then take the exit toward Teotihuacán. Continue on the Carretera Libre Mexico-Tulancingo (free road) until you reach Km. 27.5 where Aventura en Globos is located. Look for signs directing you to San Francisco Mazapa. The total drive is approximately 1 hour depending on traffic.

To reach Aventura en Globos via public transportation, take a bus from the Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros de Pasajeros de Observatorio in Mexico City toward Teotihuacán. Buses are frequent and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Teotihuacán bus terminal, you can take a taxi (approximately 10-15 minutes ride) or a local bus toward San Francisco Mazapa, getting off at the designated stop near Km. 27.5.
