Getting There

Car
From the center of Mexico City, head north on Paseo de la Reforma. Continue onto Calzada de Guadalupe, following the signs for Tepeyac Hill. Keep driving until you reach the intersection with Avenida de los Insurgentes, then turn right. Follow Avenida de los Insurgentes until you reach the entrance of Parque de los Venados, where you can find parking nearby. From there, it is a short hike to the peak of Tepeyac.

To reach Tepeyac using public transportation, start at the Metro station closest to you. Take Line 2 (Blue Line) towards Tasqueña, and transfer at the Pino Suárez station to Line 1 (Pink Line) towards Pantitlán. Get off at the Tacuba station and transfer to bus number 7 that goes towards Cerro de Guerrero. The bus will take you close to the base of Tepeyac Hill. From the bus stop, follow the signs to the hiking path that leads to the peak.
