Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Mexico City. Head southeast on Av. Paseo de la Reforma towards Av. 5 de Febrero. Continue on this road as it turns into Calz. de la Viga. Merge onto Eje 6 Sur and continue until you reach the junction with Calz. Ermita-Iztapalapa. Take the exit towards Iztapalapa and follow the signs for Cerro de la Estrella. Once you get close, you will see signs directing you to the entrance of the park. Parking is available near the entrance, but be aware that there may be a small fee (around 20-50 MXN) for parking.

Public Transportation
To reach Cerro de la Estrella using public transportation, start by taking the Metro Line 12 (the Golden Line) from any central location in Mexico City. Alight at the Zapata station and transfer to the Metro Line 3 (the Olive Green Line) towards Indios Verdes. Get off at the Coyoacan station and from there, catch the Metrobus Line 3 towards Etiopía. Disembark at the Iztapalapa stop. From here, you can either take a taxi or an Uber to reach the park entrance, which is approximately a 10-minute drive. Expect to pay around 50-100 MXN for the taxi or Uber fare.
