Use exit 16 towards Av. Revolución, and continue straight until you reach Avenida de los Insurgentes. Turn left onto Insurgentes and follow it until you see signs for Plaza Popocatepetl. There is parking available in the vicinity, but be prepared for potential parking fees, which can range from 30 to 100 pesos per hour.
