If you're driving, head south from San Cristóbal de las Casas on the Carretera Rumbo a Tenejapa (Tenejapa Road). Continue on this road for about 8 kilometers until you see the signs for El Arcotete. The entrance will be on your right. There is a small parking area available for visitors.

Public Transportation
To reach El Arcotete using public transport, go to the main bus terminal in San Cristóbal de las Casas. Look for buses or colectivos heading towards Tenejapa. Inform the driver that you want to get off at El Arcotete; they will usually know the destination. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, walk a short distance to the entrance of El Arcotete, which will be on your left.
