If you are coming from Playa del Carmen, take the ferry to Cozumel. Once you arrive at the Cozumel ferry terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the main road, Av. 5ta. Avenida.

From the ferry terminal, you can catch a public bus that runs along the main road. Look for buses heading south towards the 'Palancar' area. The bus ride will take you through Cozumel and should cost around $1-2 USD.

Walking to Dive Shop
Get off the bus at the nearest stop to your chosen dive shop or tour agency that offers trips to Colombia Deep Reef. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you near 'Palancar' or 'El Cedral' as this is close to the dive sites.

Once you reach the dive shop, check in for your diving or snorkeling trip to Colombia Deep Reef. The dive shop will provide you with a boat that will take you directly to the reef location, which is at coordinates 20.2922° N latitude and -87.0225° W longitude.
