Getting There

• Walking

  If you are staying in the Centro area of San Miguel de Cozumel, head towards the main square (Plaza Central). From there, walk south on Avenida 5ta Avenida until you reach the waterfront. Turn left onto Avenida Melgar and continue walking south for about 15-20 minutes. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep walking until you reach the southern end of the island, where you will see the signs for the Zona Hotelera Sur. The Cozumel Trolley Tour & Co. is located at Carr. Costera Sur Km. 15, near notable landmarks such as the Parque Nacional Arrecifes de Cozumel.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Cozumel. Simply hail a taxi and tell the driver 'Carr. Costera Sur Km. 15, Zona Hotelera Sur' or 'Cozumel Trolley Tour'. The ride from the downtown area should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Confirm the price before getting in, as fares can vary.

• Bicycle

  For a more adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle. From the Centro area, head south on Avenida 5ta Avenida to the waterfront and then turn left onto Avenida Melgar. • Public Transportation (Collectivo)

  You can also take a collectivo (shared van) from the downtown area. Head to the main collectivo stop, usually near the Plaza Central. Look for vans heading towards the southern part of the island.
