    From the main square in San Miguel de Cozumel, head southeast on Avenida 5 towards the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront until you reach Avenida 10. Turn left (east) onto Avenida 10 and walk towards the eastern coast. Follow Avenida 10 until it becomes the coastal road, which will lead you towards Playa Mezcalito. Keep walking until you reach Costa Este km. 44, where Playa Mezcalito is located.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the main square in San Miguel de Cozumel. Head south on Avenida 5 and then take a left onto Avenida 10.
