Walking
If you are in downtown San Miguel de Cozumel, start at the main square (Plaza Central). Head south on Avenida 5 until you reach the intersection with Calle 3 Sur. Turn left onto Calle 3 Sur and continue walking until you reach the beach. From there, follow the coast along the waterfront promenade (Paseo del Mar) heading southeast. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the entrance to Playa Uvas on Carretera a Chankanaab.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in San Miguel. Start your ride on Avenida 5 heading south. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 3 Sur, where you will turn left. Follow Calle 3 Sur until you reach the waterfront promenade (Paseo del Mar). Turn right onto the promenade and cycle southeast along the coast. After approximately 20 minutes, you will arrive at Playa Uvas, located on Carretera a Chankanaab.
Taxi
From any location in San Miguel de Cozumel, you can easily catch a taxi. Tell the driver you want to go to Playa Uvas located on Carretera a Chankanaab. The taxi ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey, as taxis in Cozumel do not have meters.
Public Transport (Collectivo)
Head to the nearest collectivo pickup point in San Miguel, usually located near the main square (Plaza Central). Look for a collectivo heading towards the south hotel zone or Chankanaab.
