Getting There

Walking
From the main square in Cozumel, head east towards Avenida 5. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 10. Turn left onto Avenida 10 and walk until you reach the waterfront. Once you are at the waterfront, follow the path along the coast heading north until you reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Playa del Carmen, which takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival in Playa del Carmen, exit the ferry terminal and walk towards Avenida Juárez. Turn left on Avenida Juárez and walk straight until you reach Avenida Benito Juárez. The Portal Maya will be on your left at Av Benito Juárez 251.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Cozumel. Start from the main square, ride east towards Avenida 5, and continue to Avenida 10. Turn left on Avenida 10 and ride until you reach the waterfront path. Follow the coast heading north and make your way to the ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Playa del Carmen, which takes about 40 minutes. Once you disembark, ride from the ferry terminal towards Avenida Juárez, take a left, and follow it to Avenida Benito Juárez. The Portal Maya will be located at Av Benito Juárez 251 on your left.

After arriving in Playa del Carmen, exit the terminal, and you can either walk or take a local taxi to Av Benito Juárez. If walking, head to Avenida Juárez, turn left, and proceed to Avenida Benito Juárez 251, where the Portal Maya is located.
