From the city center of Guadalajara, head to the 'Central de Autobuses' bus station. You can take a local bus (Ruta 368 or 370) that goes towards Tlaquepaque. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Calle Donato Guerra' stop. From there, walk south on Calle Donato Guerra for about 5 minutes, and you will reach the Centro Cultural El Refugio located at C. Donato Guerra 160.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Guadalajara. Start from the Parque Revolución and follow Avenida 16 de Septiembre towards the east. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Donato Guerra. Turn left on Calle Donato Guerra, and after about 10 minutes you will arrive at Centro Cultural El Refugio.
