If you are starting from the historic center of Guanajuato, head northeast on Calle Sopeña towards Plaza de la Paz. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 5 de Febrero. Turn left onto Calle 5 de Febrero and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle Ignacio Ramírez. Turn right onto Calle Ignacio Ramírez and walk until you see the Plaza Baratillo on your left. It should be a short walk of about 15 minutes, enjoying local shops and cafes along the way.

From the main bus terminal in Guanajuato, take a local bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop near Plaza de la Paz. From there, walk northeast on Calle Sopeña, then follow Calle 5 de Febrero to the left, and finally turn right on Calle Ignacio Ramírez. Plaza Baratillo will be on your left. The bus ride should take approximately 10 minutes, followed by a short walk.
