From La Presa, head northwest on Calle 5 de Febrero towards Avenida Juárez. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Juárez. Turn left onto Avenida Juárez and walk for about 500 meters until you reach the Plaza de la Paz. Keep walking straight until you arrive at the intersection with Calle Miguel Hidalgo. Turn right onto Calle Miguel Hidalgo and walk for another 300 meters. The Museum of the Mummies of Guanajuato will be located on your left at Explanada del Panteón Municipal.

From La Presa, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Juárez (you can ask locals for directions if needed). Take the bus that goes towards 'Centro' or 'Plaza de la Paz.' The fare is usually around 10 pesos. Get off at the stop closest to Plaza de la Paz. From there, you can follow the walking directions provided above to reach the museum, which is about a 5-minute walk from the plaza.
