If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to the town of Mesa de Bañi in the State of Mexico. From the center of Mesa de Bañi, head southwest on Calle Principal toward Avenida del Trabajo. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, then turn left onto the road leading to La Laguna. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for La Laguna. There is a small parking area available upon arrival. Note: Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as some roads may be unpaved.
Public Transportation
To reach La Laguna via public transportation, take a bus from the main bus terminal in nearby cities such as Toluca or Cuernavaca. Look for buses heading towards Mesa de Bañi. The bus fare is typically around 50 to 100 MXN, depending on your departure city. Once you arrive at the Mesa de Bañi bus station, you can either walk (approximately a 30-minute walk southwest) or take a local taxi (around 50 MXN) to La Laguna. Taxis are generally available at the bus station.
