If you're driving from the city center of Los Altos de Jalisco, head southeast on the main road towards Guadalajara. Follow the signs for 'Guadalajara' on the highway. After approximately 45 minutes, merge onto the Periférico (ring road) towards 'Guadalajara Centro'. Take the exit for 'Av Juárez' and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. The Ex Convento del Carmen will be on your right at Av Juárez 638, Centro, Guadalajara. Look for parking nearby as it may be limited.

To reach Ex Convento del Carmen using public transportation, start by locating the nearest bus stop in Los Altos de Jalisco. Take a bus heading towards Guadalajara, which should be marked with 'Guadalajara' or 'Centro'. The ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the main bus terminal in Guadalajara, you can either walk or take a taxi to Av Juárez. If walking, exit the terminal, head east on Calle 16 de Septiembre, and turn left on Av Juárez. Walk straight for about 15 minutes, and you will find Ex Convento del Carmen at Av Juárez 638, Centro.
