Start at the Matamoros City Hall (Palacio Municipal), located at Calle 1 and Avenida Morelos. From there, head south on Avenida Morelos for about 3 blocks until you reach Calle 4. Turn right onto Calle 4 and walk for about 2 blocks. You'll see Plaza Allende on your left at the intersection of Calle 4 and Avenida Francisco I. Madero.
