Walking
If you're in Polanco, start at the intersection of Avenida Masaryk and Avenida Presidente Masaryk. Head towards the southeast on Avenida Masaryk for about 5-10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Bosque de Chapultepec. Once inside the park, continue straight on the main path until you see signs pointing to Altar a la Patria. The monument is located within the park, and you should be able to see it from the pathways.

Public Transport (Metro)
From Polanco, you can walk to the closest Metro station, which is 'Polanco' on Line 7 (the orange line). Board the train heading towards El Tacubaya and get off at the next station, 'Chapultepec'. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Chapultepec Park. After exiting the station, head to the park entrance and walk straight inside. Look for directional signs to Altar a la Patria as you walk through the park.
