From here, you will transfer to Line 8 (the Green Line) at 'Chabacano' station. Board the train heading south towards 'Garibaldi-Lagunilla'. Alight at 'Etiopía-Plaza de la transparencia'. Next, take exit 2 towards 'Plaza de la transparencia'.

From 'Etiopía-Plaza de la transparencia', walk to the nearest bus stop and look for a bus heading towards 'Coyoacán'. You can catch a 'Ruta 12' bus that has 'Cerro de la Estrella' as one of its stops. Make sure to ask the driver if they stop at 'Cerro de la Estrella'.

Once you get off the bus near 'Cerro de la Estrella', you will likely be quite close to the entrance of the park. Follow the signs leading to 'Parque Nacional Cerro de la Estrella'. The entrance is marked, and you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you walk towards the park.

If you're near 'Zapata' station on Line 3 (the Olive Green Line), you can take the Metro to 'Chabacano' station and then switch to Line 8 as described earlier. This route is efficient, and you can enjoy the local scenery while walking to the park entrance.
