Metro
To reach Ciudad de los Deportes via the Mexico City Metro, first find the nearest metro station to your current location. If you're near the center, head to 'Pino Suarez' station on Line 1 (the pink line). Take the train towards 'Observatorio' and transfer at 'Tacubaya' station to Line 7 (the orange line). Board the train heading towards 'El Rosario' and get off at 'San Antonio' station. From there, exit the station and walk south on Avenida San Antonio, then turn left onto Avenida Revolución. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Ciudad de los Deportes.
Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, locate a nearby bus stop that services routes towards Ciudad de los Deportes. A common bus route is the 'Ruta 1' that runs from the Zócalo. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Ciudad de los Deportes area. Once you get off, look for Avenida Universidad, and walk south towards the stadium entrance.
Walking
