At the Mixcoac station, transfer to Line 7 (the Orange Line) and head towards El Chopo. Get off at the Tacubaya station. From Tacubaya, you can exit the station and walk to the nearby bus terminal called 'Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros de Pasajeros de Observatorio'. Look for a bus heading to Tepoztlán. Buses to Tepoztlán are frequent, but make sure to check the schedule. The ride to Tepoztlán takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Tepoztlán bus terminal, exit and walk towards the main street. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Santo Domingo, where the Mercado Orgánico de Tepoztlán is located.

To make your trip easier, you can take a direct bus from the Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros de Taxqueña. From anywhere in Mexico City, get to the Taxqueña Metro station on Line 2 (the Blue Line). Once you arrive at Taxqueña, follow the signs to the bus terminal. Purchase a ticket for Tepoztlán. The bus ride will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. After arriving at the Tepoztlán bus terminal, walk towards Santo Domingo. The Mercado Orgánico is located in this area, and locals will be able to assist you if you need further directions.
